 Position Summary 


We are looking for a full-time HR Assistant to support Suzhou office  as well as the global HR team with HR related tasks. 


Role and Responsibilities 


  • Supporting global HR Manager with ad-hoc tasks and projects 
  • Supporting General Manager with day-to-day personnel tasks 
  • Responsible for physical and electronic personnel files 
  • Managing local recruitment 
  • Answering employees’ HR queries 
  • Filing 
  • Keeping HRM system up to date 
  • Supporting onboarding processes 
  • Supporting annual appraisal processes 
  • Producing monthly HR reports

  • Good level of verbal and written English 
  • Good IT awareness and skills 
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 
  • A flexible, can-do attitude 
  • Strong organisation skills, with the ability to manage workload and meet deadlines 
  • Strong interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Experience of working in a HR role 
  • Experience with using IT programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
