Description
DP Group is currently seeking a skilled human resources specialist who possesses the required skills to assist them in the recruiting, supporting, and developing of talent through the company’s policies and managing procedures. The successful candidate should be capable of managing an international team of more than 50 professionals across several companies and specialties as well as offices located worldwide. DP Group expects applicants to have a solid knowledge of various HR functions, business and personal development as well as administrative responsibilities.
Job responsibilities:
- Handle monthly payroll and ensure its accuracy;
- Assistant in preparing HR budget & forecast;
- Recruitment management;
- Maintain employee files, filling and updating HR shared folders;
- Prepare monthly reports (Monthly Labor Cost, Follow up on Leave requests, Presentations, etc.);
- Handle work permit/visa application for foreign staff;
- Assist company activities and team building;
- Employee on board and termination management;
- Staff weekly training management;
- Handle staff working attendance system;
- Other HR related projects assigned by line manager or Partners.
