P160 International Management trainees will have a training period of about one and a half years before being assigned specific positions. The training period will be divided into 2 parts: 6 months in China and 11 months in Italy. After completing the overall training cycle, based on the business demand, P160’s future job prospects will include mechanical design, project management, production management, procurement management etc.

1. Mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, mechanical engineering and related majors
2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
3. Growth mindset, willing to accept challenges
4. Excellent academic performance, relevant internship experience is a plus
