Job Description:

• Coordinate the Accounting and the Audit Department for any issue related to the assigned Client;
• Supervise flows order and document collection;
• Support Clients during VAT refund application;
• Prepare accurate reports for Clients;
• Provide for Accounting outsourcing work, operating on financial statements at both company and group levels;
• Provide to the assigned clients and accurate and reliable consult for any matters related to taxation, accounting, Customs, SAFE regulations in China as well as any other information fitting the agreement between Diacron and the client;
• Support Clients in corporate, admin, logistic services;
• Be reliable and fast on consulting, paying attention to the service provided to customer and the relationship with him/her;
• Support Clients in dealing and liaising with multiple-type of providers and stakeholders, including but not only service companies, logistic companies, e-commerce partners, etc., on matters which might include any of the standard company operations in the PRC and cross-border;
• Participate in events and engage in marketing and business development activities organized by Diacron (task might require travelling to different cities).
• Handle other matters entrusted by the General Manager.

Requirements:

• University degree or above, major in accounting, tax, finance, and relevant fields.
• Experience with Foreign Invested Enterprises or relevant internship experience will be preferred.
• Proactive, good learning attitude, and hard working.
• Good oral and written skill in English.
• Good at PC software, including Microsoft Office, and other related software.
