Description
GWA Asia is looking for a Full-Time Junior Legal Advisor for our Suzhou office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Legal support for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Outbound Direct Investment (ODI), including document preparation and negotiations
- Assistance with Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), legal due diligence, and document preparation
- Support in corporate matters: establishment, amendments, liquidation, and deregistration
- General corporate legal services (commercial contracts, intellectual property protection, labor law)
- Corporate compliance
