Requirements
- Permanent residence in PRC.
- Master’s degree in law.
- 2-3 years’ experience.
- Fluent in Italian | English | Chinese both spoken and written.
- Good communication.
- Cooperative and responsible, self-motivated, able to work under pressure.
Job Description
- FDI and ODI (legal support for investment/partnership negotiation, legal papers preparation, etc.)
- M&A (legal support for business negotiation, legal due diligence, legal papers preparation, etc.)
- Corporate Establishment, Alteration, Liquidation and Deregistration
- General Corporate Legal Service (Commercial Contracts, IP Protection, Labor, etc.)
- Corporate Compliance
- Dispute Settlement
