Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges. Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment records. Optional Qualifications: Experience working with European supply chains. Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures, especially when it comes to cross trading. Prior experience dealing with logistics for Italy, Switzerland and UAE. Knowledge of Italian language

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Logistics Specialist based in Beijing, China, to manage and coordinate logistics operations with our suppliers and international shipping partners.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing material readiness, liaising with forwarders and carriers for quotations and bookings, and maintaining an accurate tracking system to monitor shipments to our hubs in Italy, Switzerland, and UAE. The employee will directly report to the Logistic Director located in Italy and to the Company General Manager located in China.

Key Responsibilities:

Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to ensure material readiness and timely dispatch of goods.

Freight Management: Request quotations and book shipments with freight forwarders and carriers.

Shipment Tracking: Maintain and update our internal tracking system to ensure real-time monitoring of shipments.

Logistics Documentation: Ensure all shipping documents are correctly prepared and filed.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any logistical issues that may arise during the shipping process.
