• Equipment Assembly: Complete the electrical assembly of corresponding equipment (injection molding machines and blow molding machines) based on design blueprints and electrical wiring diagrams.
• Material Management: Prepare materials according to the Bill of Materials (BOM), manage material requisition efficiently, and control material consumption.
• Quality Control: Strictly adhere to operational standards, standardize work processes, and ensure product quality control.
• Commissioning and Debugging: Responsible for electrical troubleshooting and the formulation of preventive measures; conduct commissioning to ensure equipment runs in good condition and meets shipment requirements.
• Site Management: Maintain a tidy and clean working environment; promote "7S" workplace organization standards.
• Documentation Management: Assist supervisors with the organization and archiving of department ISO documents; regularly update relevant files such as equipment manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Technical Support: Assist the after-sales department with acceptance testing and quality checks; provide technical support and solutions; perform on-site assembly and commissioning when necessary.
• Other Duties: Complete other tasks as assigned by manager.
