Internship with opportunity of long term employment

The main tasks will include the following:

  • Responsible for marketing channel includes WeChat, Newsletter, Website;
  • Responsible for M&C document drafting and release; 
  • Search documents and news related to new trend and technology and properly collect them in database;
  • Support in conference and seminar organization;
  • Support in the relationship with partners; 
  • Document translation and interpretation; 
  • Assist the Company CEO in business meeting
  • Cooperate with Business Development Manager in promotional activities 

The ideal candidate will be energetic, curious, highly motivated with a great personality, sociable and personable, IT literate, an excellent organiser and communicator, an active listener and a team player with ability to work independently. Specific requirements for the role are as follows:

  • Chinese Nationality 
  • Fluent written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving;
  • Strong ability to schedule activities and respect assigned tasks’ deadline 
  • Ability to adapt to changes and respond quickly/positively;
  • Ability to analyse data, identify and manage risks;
  • Event organizing experience is desirable;
  • Able to face clients and answer their inquiries;
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Proactive and open-minded
