Description
Job Responsibilities
- New Media Operation
Be responsible for content planning, writing, shooting and publishing on platforms such as WeChat Official Account,RedNote, Douyin, WeChat Channels and Bilibili. Ensure the tone conforms to the aesthetics of trend culture and illustration art related fields. Be familiar with the publishing and operation of Facebook and Instagram.
- Content Creation
Independently complete graphic editing, short video shooting and editing. Conduct secondary creativity combined with hot topics to enhance communication power.
- Brand Communication
Plan online interactions and marketing activities according to project positioning to improve account exposure, user interaction rate and fan stickiness.
- Digital Marketing and Placement
Formulate and execute various social media placement plans, conduct KOL cooperation and community operations.
- Data Analysis
Regularly count and analyze new media operation data, optimize communication strategies, and be responsible for fan growth and conversion.
- Various Collaborations
Coordinate with designers on visual materials, maintain communication with partners and media. Support the execution of on-site marketing activities at exhibitions.
- Material and Promotion SupportAssist in designing and producing marketing materials, and support audience promotion, market research and project summary.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in English. Majors in marketing, journalism and communication, art and design are preferred.
- More than 2 years of new media operation experience. Experience in culture, art and trend related projects is preferred.
- Familiar with the operation rules of platforms such as WeChat Official Account,RedNote, Douyin, WeChat Channels and Bilibili.
- Possess strong writing skills and visual aesthetics, and be able to independently complete graphic and short video content.
- Have a strong interest and topic sensitivity in illustration, trend culture and design fields.
- Work proactively, with good cross-team communication and project execution capabilities.
