Description
Mission
Support production by improving the machining process and related documentation for new and existing products to achieve maximum utilization and resource efficiency of CNC machines, in accordance with the LEAN concept.
Responsibilities and activities
- Release and update part programs for CNC machines for new product or engineering changes
- Simulation and estimation of the cycle time of the CNC machining process
- Realization of CNC programs
- Updating/improving processes on tools and devices
- the introduction of new products, preparation of tools and equipment,
- Instructions for issuing and updating work instructions
- Training for shift managers and operators on new equipment, machines, instructions, procedures;
- Keep the process under control according to technical requirements
- Process/quality improvements focused on efficiency and cost reduction
- Problem solving on everyday problems with Workshop Team
- Preparation and storage of PFMEA, and other technical documents
- Actively manage Kaizen/company projects
- Technical support to the workshop for daily production and adjustment of the origin of the CNC
- New tools, new tools Presetter programs management with support of CNC Technician
- Other tasks assigned by the Process Supervisor

Requirement
- Bachelor's or Higher Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Problem solving, Teamwork, Proactive.
- 3 years of experience in the manufacturing process or higher
- Good in reading the mechanical drawing
- Good English (enough for conversation, writing)
- In addition to programming CNC parts, knowledge of the FANUC system is mandatory (Siemens or others are optional)
- Knowledge of the technology and applications of the instruments
- Knowledge of processing devices
- Familiarity with basic Lean tools (PFMEA, SMED, e.g.)
Professional skills and abilities
- FANUC manual programming experience is mandatory
- Good knowledge of machining technology (tools, fixtures, etc.) Horizontal CNC machining is mandatory
- Microsoft Office is required,
- 3D CAD and machining simulation software are preferred
- Knowledge of LEAN tools (PFMEA, SMED E.G. ), ability to use them for process improvement
- Have knowledge of gear motors and pumps, variable piston pump, open/closed loop proportional valve, directional valves are preferred
