Main responsiblities:

1.Be responsible for the formulation, review, debugging, and acceptance of die-casting mold plans;

2.Responsible for die casting tooling design, debugging, and acceptance;

3.Responsible for debugging, die casting technology parameters optimization, the validation.

4.Responsible for the design of the die casting process after validation (e.g., reaming, turning, etc.),

5.Responsible for die casting production line Layout design, validation, and optimization;

6.Responsible for die casting equipment selection;

7.Responsible for PPAP documents formulated, including: flow chart, special features list/matrix, PFMEA;

8.ERP system engineering module created: raw materials, products, mold material code, production model, and the customer number correlation.

9.Die casting sample trial production and small batch production follow-up, problem analysis, and improvement;

10.Take charge of the operation instruction.

11.Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Years of work experience (in specific field, if required)

1.More than three years of working experience in the motor stator and rotor core manufacturing industry; Or more than three years of working experience in the automotive aluminum alloy die-casting parts industry.

2.Proficient in the rotor of pure aluminum die casting technology, familiar with heat treatment.

3.Able to skillfully use AutoCAD 2D and other 3D software;

4.Familiar with ISO9001 process ISO14000, EHS related knowledge;

5.Participate in or lead process improvement, such as efficiency, percent of pass, and the manufacturing cost reduction project experience.
