Main Responsibilities:

Project acquisition phase

1.Feasibility analysis of a new project drawing manufacturing.

2.Forecast of equipment capacity and investment (equipment and mold)

3.Manufacturing cost (beat time, number of people) estimation

4.Other development cost estimation

5.Pre-evaluation of the mold scheme

Project development phase

6.Develop stamping-related non-standard equipment and fixtures.

7.Design, verification, and optimization of the Layout of the stamping production line

8.Participate in the factory acceptance of tooling and equipment in the verification stage of the project period.

9.Responsible for PPAP document development, including: flow chart, special feature list/matrix, PFMEA, WI

10.ERP system engineering module creation: raw materials, products, mold material code, production model, customer number association

11.Stamping sample trial production, small batch production follow-up, process problem analysis and improvement

12.Responsible for the preparation of work instructions and the definition of process parameters.

Mass production project

13.Support the production team to analyze and solve the abnormal problems in the stamping production process.

14.Responsible for process discipline inspection and maintenance of process documents.

15.Responsible for monitoring the key parameters and status of tooling, equipment, molds, and production lines.

16.Provide training for production and other related personnel to improve their professional skills.

Continuous improvement

17.Responsible for optimizing the layout of the stamping production line to improve the overall production efficiency.

18.Responsible for the optimization of existing tooling, production line, and process method of stamping production line.

19.Responsible for introducing new process methods, new equipment, etc., to enhance manufacturing competitiveness.

20.Other tasks assigned by the leader.

Years of work experience (in specific field, if required)

Experience in Rotor/Stator blanking, stamping tool, electrical, PLC has priority; Knowledge of auto inspection lines, Tig/Mig, has priority. Good at FMEA, APQP; Can design fixtures and components independently

Language skills

Proficient in written English, able to communicate easily.

Computer skills

Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT, etc) Good at drawing, CAD, and 3D software （UG/CATIA/SOLIDWORKS）；
