Position Objective:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to support our procurement team in sourcing and managing refractory materials in the Chinese market. The internship offers hands-on experience in international trade, supplier coordination, and procurement operations, within an industrial environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the procurement team in maintaining and updating supplier databases.

• Assist in collecting and comparing supplier quotations and product specifications.

• Help monitor delivery schedules and report on supply chain status.

• Collaborate with the quality team to track product inspections and conformity checks.

• Conduct basic market research on refractory materials and supplier landscapes.

• Support in the preparation of procurement reports and documentation.

• Participate in internal meetings and supplier calls, taking notes and preparing summaries.

• Ensure that all documentation and processes comply with company guidelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Management Engineering, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field.

• Strong interest in procurement and international sourcing.

• Good analytical and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other basic office tools.

• Fluent in English and Chinese.

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced business environment.
