Description
The position will report to the General Manager and main tasks can be summarized as follows
· Oversee the production process
· Draw up and adjust production schedules as necessary
· Ensure cost-effective production
· Control costs and take decision in relation to resources required
· Propose proper investment plans in relation to equipment and production lines
· Communicate with the GM and Sales Dept to align and satisfy business goals and meet customer needs
· Liaise with Purchasing Dept. for raw materials requirements
