Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties and Tasks

- Conduct R&D technology scouting in the Chinese market, focusing on medical imaging modalities (radiology, MR, ultrasound, fluorescence, nuclear medicine) and theranostic solutions. Research global cutting-edge technologies, innovative products and potential cooperation targets, establish a technical intelligence database, and conduct continuous follow-up.
负责中国市场研发技术勘探,聚焦放射、磁共振、超声、荧光、核医学等医学影像模态及诊疗一体化方案,扫描全球前沿技术、创新产品与潜在合作标的,建立技术情报库并持续跟进。
- Identify and evaluate strategic cooperation opportunities (technology licensing, joint R&D, strategic cooperation, etc.), complete due diligence, feasibility analysis and cooperation plan design, and drive the implementation and post-cooperation maintenance.
识别、评估符合公司战略的合作机会(委托研发、技术授权、联合研发等),完成尽调、可行性分析与合作方案设计,推动合作落地及后期维护。
- Support existing collaborative projects of the China R&D team and clinical KOL research projects, coordinate internal and external resources, resolve various issues during project advancement, and ensure smooth project progress.
支持中国研发团队现有合作项目及临床 KOL 科研项目,协调内外部资源,解决项目推进中的各类问题,保障项目顺利开展。
- Shape the company's innovative customer image through academic exchanges, industry events and other channels, and enhance industry influence and KOL cooperation stickiness.
通过学术交流、行业活动等渠道,塑造公司创新客户形象,提升行业影响力与 KOL 合作粘性。
- Monitor national and local scientific research fund policies, evaluate application opportunities, support the preparation of project application materials and defenses, and be responsible for the post-management and progress tracking of approved projects.
关注国家及地方科研基金政策,评估申报机会,支持项目申报材料撰写与答辩,负责获批项目的后期管理与进度追踪。
