Description
1.Search and interview candidates, recommend the right candidates to consultant.
2.Coordinating interviews between customer and candidate, timely deal with the interview process problems.
3.Candidates salary negotiation and follow up offer signed by candidate. Candidates background investigation according to customer requirements.
4.Follow up candidates, and to provide appropriate career proposals for the candidates.
5.Complete KPI and other works assigned by consultant.
