Description
Studio Volpi, a leading Industrial Design Studio head quartered in Italy with branch office in Shanghai, is looking for a new team member responsible for Sales.
Tasks:
- Support the development of new business in China, with possible expansion to nearby markets
- Support the recurring business that may emerge from past clients by keeping contact with them beyond existing projects
- Directly interact with clients, through phone calls, emails and meetings
- Prepare quotations for customers interacting with colleagues in China and Italy
- Support internal and external communications regarding Pre-sales, Sales and Post-sales actions
- Facilitate communication between the clients and the technical staff
- Keep contact with the HQs to discuss opportunities and goals
- Relate with HQs Sales Department for updates on policies, strategies and plans
- Regularly update the customer management system provided (Salesforce - CRM) and refer to account managers for support and details
- Collaborate with external organizations to prepare and attend events and trade fairs
- Give professional opinions regarding the prospected business
- Contribute to define business objectives and timeline
