• Identify and address key account needs, provide consultation and related services, promptly handle client complaints, and be responsible for overall customer satisfaction.
• Continuously enhance professional technical skills and service awareness, optimizing and improving work processes.
• Develop and search for new target customers, and expand the potential key account base.
• Develop sales channels and coordinate with the Sales Manager to select the appropriate customer expansion channels.
