Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy and execution across the Chinese market. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and strengthening customer relationships in alignment with our global objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to the Chinese market.
- Lead and manage the national sales team, setting clear targets and performance metrics.
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand market presence.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and operations to ensure alignment and execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Report regularly to senior leadership on sales performance, forecasts, and market insights.
