  • Maintaining existing customer relationships, expanding contacts with existing customers
  • Developing more inquiries and business from existing customers
  • Handling technical customer inquiries and providing solutions
  • Preparing customer inquiries and calculations
  • Handling customer complaints, Supporting the Regional Sales Manager and the Sales Director, with projects and big potential customers
  • 50% travel, 50% office-based in Taicang
  • Quickly and independently communicating in writing and by telephone with national and international
  • customers, as well as answering inquiries about delivery dates, offers or complaints
  • Developing new customers, presenting at exhibitions, contacting inactive customers and developing business from scratch
