You will join the China OE Team in a dynamic, multicultural and international environment and manage all the sales support activities in accordance to the Company needs and the strategic guidelines defined with Pirelli in China.

This role is critical to the sales order and demand management, data management and invoicing coordination and sales support for OE team in China.

The position is based in Shanghai.

YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES

• Manage end-to-end sales orders (sample & mass production) and demand follow-up; track fulfillment to ensure timely execution.​
• Coordinate invoicing via internal SAP and external customer systems, ensuring accuracy and efficient billing.​
• Collect tire sample info; build and operate a dashboard to monitor delivery, invoicing, and payment processes.​
• Collaborate with Finance on accounts receivable, reconcile accounts, and follow up on overdue payments to control risks.​
• Maintain CRM data accuracy and completeness; conduct regular updates and audits for effective sales support.​
• Support sales team in internal/external TQS audits (e.g., SGS), including document preparation and corrective action follow-up.​
• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the sales department as needed.​
• Complete other tasks and projects assigned by the line manager.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in sales operations, order management, or related fields;
• BA degree, majoring in international trading, business administration is preferred;
• Languages:
  1. Chinese: native;
  2. English: fluent;
• Hands-on experience with SAP system and MS Office suite, especially advanced Excel skills (e.g., data sorting, formulas, pivot tables) to support data management and reporting;
• Strong communication and coordination skills, able to collaborate effectively with internal teams (Finance, Sales) and external stakeholders;
• Good team player with a proactive work attitude; demonstrates potential for long-term growth and willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
