QUALIFICATIONS

• Chinese native speaker. Proficient in English (both listening, speaking and writing)
• Master's degree in Law or equivalent
• Hold a lawyer’s qualification certificate, with more than 4 years of independent case-handling experience
• Capable of handling client requests and providing advisory services on intellectual property (IP) matters, including administrative filings (registration of IP rights, trademarks, patents, and copyrights), as well as counterfeiting issues
• Able to adapt to overtime, flexible for meetings in our Shanghai office, to business trips, and complete assigned work efficiently
• Work conscientiously, rigorously, with dedication, strong execution, and a spirit of teamwork

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Legal support for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) and Outbound Direct
• Draft legal documents, file cases, and prepare lawyer’s letters
  Communicate with courts, public authorities, banks, and other institutions
• Handle cases independently with strong adaptability
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Partner
