Job title: Social Media Intern

Report to: Marketing and Social Media Specialist

Job brief
We are looking for a creative Marketing and Social Media Intern to join our team. As a Social Media Intern you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy in order to increase our online presence and improve our marketing efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing/Communication
and Events Department, therefore we require a Social Media Intern for internal use as well as for our clients.

Job requirements:
· Good written & oral Mandarin Chinese and English, priority given to candidates proficient in Italian/other languages as third language speakers;
· An understanding of how each social media channel works & how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels;
· To improve and maximize our online presence (sharing of our posts, likes, views, also getting more followers, fans, etc.);
· Understanding our audience preferences, constantly analyzing our data results through statistics and reporting them to the Marketing department;
· Knowledge of the most famous international social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, Youku, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) and how to use them;
· Preparing DP Group's monthly Newsletter.
· Candidates with the ability to manage websites are appreciated.
You'll be trained on all the above-mentioned duties from the Marketing team, which will constantly follow your progress, as well as help and share the workload with you.
