Social Media Specialist

EASTANT, sister company in DP Group, is an International Boutique Agency, specializing in Communications and Events in China and Italy, social media management, digital marketing, PR, is looking for a Social Media Specialist.

Founded in 2017 and based in Shanghai, today our agency works with multinational companies interested in operating in the Chinese market, both at a B2B and B2C level.

We provide customized digital strategies to improve brands’ online content and positioning, while keeping it as a personalized experience that allows clients to be in direct contact with our dynamic team.

Position: Social Media Specialist.

Job description:

The Social media specialist focus on creating appealing and creative digital contents for Eastant clients’.

You will report to the GM work closely with the digital marketing team to generate a social media marketing strategy that will promote customer engagement and brand awareness.

Social media specialists are responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring the Clients’ Social Media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts and increase sales.

Daily Responsibilities: 

- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy, create contents and layout on different social media platforms ;

- Manage domestic and international social media platforms, and monitor performance ;

- Attend educational conferences and workshops;

- Copywriting, work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing ;

- Manage Podcast and webinars;

-Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams ;

- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization ;

- Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network ;

- Monthly and Yearly Data report; data analysis on performance , defining key competitive factors ;

- Video editing, infographics and basic layout editing ;

- Able to operate on WeChat platform, Baidu, Weibo, Red, Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and additional social media platforms as required ;

- A Social Media Specialist wants to see a social-media channel grow,  who keeps monitoring the latest social media best practices and technologies。

Requirement：

- Chinese citizen;

- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred;

- At least one year working experience in marketing, communication, PR or event management;

- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing;

- Proficient/fluent in Chinese, English and, possibly, Italian;

- Strong communication skills to successfully liaise with customers, suppliers, and colleagues;

- Highly organized and detail oriented.

- 内容撰写， 与文案专员和设计师合作，确保内容既具信息性又吸引人。

- 管理播客和网络研讨会

- 与市场营销、销售和产品开发团队合作。

- 监控SEO和用户活跃度，并优化内容。

- 通过社交媒体与行业专业人士和影响者沟通，建立人脉网络。

- 月度和年度数据报告；绩效数据分析，确定关键竞争因素。

- 视频编辑、基础图像编辑，掌握剪映、可画等软件。

- 熟练掌握微信公众号、百度、微博、小红书、Instagram、LinkedIn、网站以及其他社交媒体平台的操作。

- 具有上进心，希望看到账号增长，愿意学习最新社交媒体营销方式。

- 持续了解最新的社交媒体最佳实践和技术。

岗位要求: 

- 中国公民；

- 市场营销、传播、国际商务或相关领域的本科或以上学历优先；

- 至少一年市场营销、传播、公关或活动管理工作经验；

- 熟悉传统和数字营销、内容营销和社交媒体营销；

- 熟练/流利掌握中文、英文，如若会意大利语加分；

- 强大的沟通技巧，能够成功地与客户、供应商和同事沟通；

- 高度组织和注重细节。
