Description
GWA Asia is looking for a Full-Time Tax & Accounting Advisor for our Suzhou office. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage bookkeeping and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PRC accounting standards.
- Monitor clients’ financial records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting.
- Prepare management reports, support internal audits and accounting control, and assist in financial planning and business forecasting.
- Support annual statutory audits and financial due diligence.
- Assist with business planning and administrative, accounting, and HR management for assigned clients.
- Prepare and file VAT, CIT, IIT, and other relevant tax returns.
- Support tax aspects of M&A transactions, including fiscal due diligence and transfer pricing.
- Advise clients on tax planning and compliance strategies aligned with local and international standards.
- Support clients during tax audits and liaise with tax authorities when necessary.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned client portfolios, ensuring smooth communication and high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate with other departments (Legal, Marketing, etc.) to provide integrated and aligned solutions.
