QUALIFICATIONS

• Chinese native speaker. Proficient in English (both listening, speaking and writing)
• Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication skills

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

• Manage bookkeeping and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with PRC accounting standards.
• Monitor clients’ financial records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting
• Support annual statutory audits and financial due diligence
• Assist with business planning and administrative, accounting, and HR management for assigned clients
• Prepare and file VAT, CIT, IIT, and other relevant tax returns
• Support tax aspects of M&A transactions, including fiscal due diligence and transfer pricing
• Advise clients on tax planning and compliance strategies aligned with local and international standards
• Support clients during tax audits and liaise with tax authorities when necessary
• Coordinate with other departments (Legal, Marketing, etc.) to provide integrated and aligned solutions
