Mission

Technical engineers are responsible for managing and designing products according to customer requirements and production factors, and continuously improving and optimizing products through close collaboration with every link: pre-sales, suppliers, production, after-sales and headquarters engineering department.

Responsibilities and Activities

• To define and design the best product configuration according to the customer requirements and the applications.
• To realize design output of new products: draft drawings, feasibility studies, prototype drawings, serial production drawings and bill of materials, in addition of nameplates and test cycles.
• To support purchasing, quality, and production during the first phases of new product introduction.
• Technical consultant to mass production manufacturing processes of new products: machining, assembling, testing, painting and packaging.
• Assistant manage engineering change (ECN), product concessions and derogations.
• Passionately learn and utilize professional hydraulic knowledge to promote our products of hydraulic pumps & filters in China market by helping customers on technical projects.

Requirement

• Bachelor degree major in Hydraulics or Mechanical Engineering
• Above 3 years of technical experience in hydraulic or mechanical
• Mastering at least one kind of 3D design software (Pro/E preferred)
• Good in oral and written English
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Team working attitude & good self management

Working condition

• Office in Shanghai (mainly)
