Description
- Develop training framework and overall yearly training calendar based on local pillar brands as well as the business focus
- Lead the training course development
Localize and translate global training materials with making sure suit the China business needs.
Seasonal Training Material and Course for new launches
Customized Training Course for specific business or client needs
Dedicated courses for enhancing soft skills including but not limit story telling (align with HQ), communication skills, selling skills and etc
Provide professional knowledge on both fashion industry and eyewear industry - Develop Performance Tracking system to monitor training quality and generate feedback
Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically - Product Analysis
Demonstrate deep understanding of the product
Collaborate with marketing manager and conduct product analysis for each new collections launch. Keep track of the product performance and feedback by using the analysis.
Ability to lead the educational content creation for digital and E-commerce channel. - Well use of the different training methods to maximize the training effects, includes online training, e-learning, classroom training, retail training and etc.
Understand the story telling for the brands and company
Understand how to motivate the attendees
Strong presentation and coaching skills
