岗位职责JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Review and approve samples for customers' sample submission
- According to product performance requirements, take charge of the development of product design.
- Support the sales department in communication with Customers to define technical specifications, and understand customer requirements.
- Follow Up on new product development from the technical requirement till the samples are approved.
- If necessary, support the sales department to visit the customer.
- Support the quality department in case of Customer complaints.
- Support and cooperate with production to define the internal specifications and define the setting of the production line.
- Analyze Market and Product trends.
- Overseeing production and ensuring that products conform to market specifications and safety regulations.
