  • Manage and supervise all the activities and resources of the company, generating revenue and controlling costs;
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, assign performance goals and accomplish your own goals;
  • Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to achieve objectives for sales, profitability,
  • and market share;
  • Manage and coordinate the manufacturing activities, supply chain, relationship with main suppliers
  • and products development;
  • Keep relationships with main customers, coordinate sales activities and promote the company
  • business and brand awareness;
  • Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are effectively accomplished;
  • Develop, implement and maintain budgetary and resource allocation plans;
  • Delegate responsibilities to the best-qualified employees and enforce all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values;
  • Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently and to the mutual benefit of all the people involved;
  • Make sure that the company complies with all the laws and regulations on chemicals classification, occupational health and safety, as well as the certifications on quality, environment and sustainability.

  • Proven success in a managerial role;
  • Strong decision-making ability;
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and delegation skills;
  • Proven ability to develop and achieve financial plans;
  • Ability to motivate and lead employees, and hold them accountable;
  • Strong working knowledge of operational procedures;
  • Fluency in English.


Preferred skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business management or chemicals or related field;
  • Fluency in Chinese language is a plus;
  • Experience in conducting performance evaluations;
  • Working knowledge of human-resources processes;
  • Budgeting, planning, and strategy skills;
  • Problem-solving abilities;
  • Business processes and functions knowledge;
  • Communication skills;
  • Analytical ability.
