The Italian Chamber of Commerce in China (CCIC) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Simest SpA, marking an important step toward strengthening support for Italian companies operating in the Chinese market.
The agreement was formalized during the institutional mission of the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation by CCIC Chairman Lorenzo Riccardi and Simest CEO Regina Corradini D’Arienzo.
The Memorandum of Understanding includes the following key areas of cooperation:
Operational synergy: integration of services to better support Italian companies present in China.
Joint promotion: organization of activities and events to foster commercial expansion.
Financial support: promotion of subsidized financial instruments, export support, and equity investment solutions managed by Simest SpA.
Monitoring and information sharing: continuous exchange of information and periodic training sessions to optimize the effectiveness of joint actions.
This agreement underscores the shared vision of CCIC and Simest to create a more supportive and dynamic environment for Italian businesses in China, fostering sustainable growth and long-term success.
