Chambroad employs more than 11,000 people, operates four major production bases and serves markets in over 50 countries and regions. In 2025, the Group generated revenue of RMB 110.8 billion and ranked 254th among China’s Top 500 Enterprises.
As an innovation-driven enterprise, Chambroad operates eight research and development (R&D) bases and 13 science and technology innovation centers, supported by a R&D Team of more than 1,100 professionals. The Group has built an open innovation network that includes five national-level research platforms and a total of four postdoctoral research stations and postdoctoral innovation practice bases. To date, Chambroad holds more than 2,000 active granted patents and has filed over 40 international patent applications under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
To bridge the gap between research and industrial application, the Group has developed an end-to-end industry–academia–research ecosystem spanning technology development, pilot-scale validation and commercialization. Working with 11 academic and industry partners, it has established a pilot-scale testing platform for green chemicals and advanced materials, which was selected for the first cohort of China’s national-level manufacturing pilot testing platforms. Four projects have been launched at the base to date, creating new growth drivers for industrial innovation and value creation.
Beyond advancing technology, this integrated model offers a new approach to talent development. The Group pioneered the “N1N Model,” partnering with leading universities in China and abroad to establish a base for teaching, hands-on training and research commercialization. To date, more than 14,000 students and faculty members from over 100 universities worldwide have studied and trained at the base.
Sustainability is embedded in the Group’s corporate strategy, guiding its efforts to strengthen ESG management and accelerate the transition toward greener, high-quality growth. The Group has developed plans for greener industrial parks and is advancing the transition to green energy and the development of green technologies.
