Call for Tender for International Hospital in Chengdu

Dear Members and Friends of CICC,

Following the fruitful participation of the Healthcare Working Group at the CMEF held in Shanghai last April, the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce has received a proposal to involve Italian companies in a call for tender by one of the most important hospital groups in Asia.

The project aims to the opening at the end of 2017 of a large international hospital in Chengdu by the second half of 2017, equipped with advanced medical facilities and equipment, providing specialised care and clinical services including obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, cardiology, orthopaedics, ophthalmology and internal medicine. The group is also planning to open other hospitals in other parts of China.

To take part in the bid, it is required to fill the attached preliminary documentation and sent it back by Friday 30th September, before 4:00pm (CST) to bj.partnerships@cameraitacina.com.

Please download the requested documentation from the links given below:

1. Medical Equipment Template, to be filled in with a description of your product/service offering within the range of items requested.

N.B. Please rename the file adding the name of your company, eg. Medical Equipment Template_yourcompanyname.xls

2. PQQ Bidder Qualification Form, to be filled in with the company's information and its capacities. Print, sign, chop the document and send a scanned copy. We will give you indication to where to send the hard copy and the 3 soft-copies in CDs as required.

3. Non-Disclosure Agreement, to be signed and chopped. We will give you indication to where to send the hard copy.

NB. Fill in the Chinese part. The English translation was done by the WG for your reference only and has no legal value.
