• Follow-up of President’s business activities in China, in cooperation with his Executive Assistant, for the development of Company’s Projects in China.
• Follow-up of his business activities in Europe, in cooperation with his Italian P.A. working in the Company’s Offices in Barcelona.
• For his educational activities in Universities for B.A. and MBA students, organize his Seminars and Conferences, and accompany him to the Events. Coordinate with his Art Director the design of the related posters and fliers.

Main Tasks

Assistance in marketing research projects: footwear and accessories Made in Italy for the Chinese market

Updating  website and social media

Assistance for the publication on social media of fashion shows

Collection of interesting articles about fashion and Made in Italy luxury brands

Assistance in contacting customers

Assistance during events (parades and fairs on Chinese territory)

Assistance in China for staff coming from Italy

Under the General Manager, perform a variety of administrative and secretarial support activities.

• Provides secretarial and administrative support to the General Manager.
• Schedules, prepares agenda and meeting materials.
• Receives telephone calls, providing information and handling issues that may require sensitivity and use independent judgment.
• Researches and assembles information from a variety of sources for the preparation of reports and correspondence for the General Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Updating website

Assisting with posting of social media

Collecting interesting articles on holistic nutrition for families ( food, relationships, sport)

Assisting in contacting international and local schools, educating kids and parents on eating healthy ( healthy snacks)

Assisting during events ( cooking events with kids in the restaurant and other social and informative events)
