Mr. Zhi advises European and Chinese clients on various legal matters and business transactions in China and cross-border. He served for 2 years in Shanghai Administration of Industry of Commerce before founding D’Andrea & Partners Legal Counsel together with Mr. Carlo D’Andrea in 2013. Mr. Carlo Geremia, Salary Partner, Nctm Mr. Geremia is an Italian-qualified lawyer, has been living and working in China since 2001. During his over twenty-year stay, he witnessed the outstanding social and economic developments of China and helped foreign companies to navigate the Chinese changing business and regulatory environment. His practice is mainly focused on corporate and commercial cross-border projects as well as on regulatory and brand protection matters.  Mr. Chung Jili, MIT Sloan Fellow & Founder SpringIP Group Dr. Jili Chung is a legal professional, professor, and author. He has worked in Washington D.C., Hong Kong, Beijing, Shanghai, and Taipei for global, professional institutes, including Clifford Chance, as its senior lawyer; Goldman Sachs, as its executive director; and a leading company in Apple’s supply chain, as its General Counsel. At Air China, he represented the airline in its commercial relationship with global major Fortune 500 companies. He continued his career in corporate travel at American Express GBT as its China Head of Sales, when he led the sales effort of the China sales team. Dear Members and Friends, The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to inform you that the "China-EU Cooperation Partnership Dialogue (Beijing Station)", organized by the Department of International Cooperation, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Beijing Municipal Commission of Development and Reform, will be held on July 13th at the Presidential Hotel Beijing, Yizhuang Economic Development Zone.     With the theme of “Green Development”, the event aims to conduct dialogues and exchanges about promoting green, low-carbon and sustainable development and strengthening practical cooperation between China and Europe.  This event will include three parts: Dialogue, Lunch, and Field Inspection.
