Opportunity to work with the company CFO in all aspects of our Finance internal function including reporting, data analysis and assisting leadership with the overall strategy. You will focus on recording and analyzing financial transactions, paying and receiving invoices, maintaining financial statement ledger accounts and preparing analysis and reconciliations of bills. Our Accounts team is responsible for performing collections activity and payment of debt activity.

Main Duties:

• Follow-up of President’s business activities in China, in cooperation with his Executive Assistant, for the development of Company’s Projects in China.
• Follow-up of his business activities in Europe, in cooperation with his Italian P.A. working in the Company’s Offices in Barcelona.
• For his educational activities in Universities for B.A. and MBA students, organize his Seminars and Conferences, and accompany him to the Events. Coordinate with his Art Director the design of the related posters and fliers.

•  Senior management position. Help the company leaders to make company business development strategy and be responsible for the sales team and sales support team.
•  Set the Company sales target, sales modes, sales strategies, sales budgets and relevant rules.
•  Managing well the sales team, standardize sales processes in order to achieve the sales target.  
•  Good at the analysis of new & existing distribution system, market potential, sales figures and cost of sales channel, calculating profit and loss.
