The LCL Project, a Reefer Belt from Italy to China, online

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to announce that CICC Logistics Working Group (CICC LWG), together with the CICC Food and Beverage Working Group (CICC FBWG) will hold the webinar: The LCL Project, a Reefer Belt from Italy to China, on 19 October, (4-5 pm, Beijing time).

Both CICC LWG and FBWG have intercepted the needs of their group members to facilitate the inbound in China of reefer cargos in smaller quantities in other ways than the costly air freight. The CICC LWG team worked together with some of its professional members in China for import procedure and transportation to propose an end-to-end service, open to CICC members and not only, to facilitate the import of small refer cargo for fairs/events or test the market or for regular supply chain needs. Service will be weekly and open to co-loading.

During the webinar, open to both members and non-members, the project resulting from the cooperation of the two working groups will be launched and interesting case histories presented.

The LWG includes all the companies working in the logistics industry and it aims at promoting within the CICC the culture of logistics, which is constantly and rapidly evolving in China and around the world. About the Food and  Beverage Working Group

The F&BWG Working Group includes all companies working in the F&B / Ho.Re.Ca sector, such as manufacturers, companies that import Italian products to China, Italian restaurants, etc. Despite being one of the most fragmented and challenged sectors, F&B represents an incredible opportunity for Italian companies. This is why the CICC has decided to establish a dedicated working group.
