The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) and its Intellectual Property Working Group (IPWG) are glad to invite you to the first IPeritif of 2024! The discussion will be moderate by Fabio Giacopello, senior partner at HFG LAW & IP and Coordinator if the IPWG, that also will introduce the program for the next 2-years term just started.   MEET OUR SPEAKERS!   Simona Inchingalo Aerospace Engineer and Partner at BUNIONG SPA     Aerospace Engineering graduated at Polytechnic University of Milan, Simona Inchingalo is partner at BUGNION Spa, a major European IP firm. She is in charge of managing the patent and design portfolios of Italian and international clients and since 2015 she has been the head of the Validation Department. Simona is also Qualified Litigator for the upcoming Unified Patent Court.     Carlo Geremia IPWG Vice-coordinator and Senior Counsel of ADVANT Nctm in Shanghai     Carlo Geremia is a Counsel of ADVANT Nctm in Shanghai. His practice focused on cross-border investments, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters between China and Italy.
