"Digital Innovation: The Italian Experience" - 13th October - Shanghai

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce (CICC) and the Association of Italian Academics in China (AAIIC), with the patronage of the Consulate General of the Republic of Italy in Shanghai, are delighted to invite you to the event “Digital Innovation: The Italian Experience”, which will take place at Tongji University on Saturday, October 13th 2018.

 

The aim of the DIT will be the gathering of experts from the worlds of industry, academia, applied technology, and human resources for a half-day thorough discussion and debate about the challenges and opportunities in the fields of IoT, AI, Machine Learning, and Big Data

 

Please join the speakers, and the final panel to deepen our understanding of the perspectives offered by the fast-growing progress of the digital technologies. There will be also substantial focus on the implications of the expedited progress of these technologies regarding managerial decision making, investment opportunities, and an exploration of what will be the skill sets to be developed to meet an ever-changing labor market demand and supply. We will explore recent trends in the demand of training, skills and competences which will serve companies, managers, and employees to face the fast-moving job market. Specific attention will be finally reserved to the examination of the implications for industrial organizations, resource management, and human capital within a landscape of technological progress and convergence.
