Call for Companies: Western China International Fair in Chengdu

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to inform you that the 19th Western China International Fair will be held from June 29th to July 3rd, 2023 in Chengdu. For the occasion, the Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing and the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce are calling for a preliminary interest by companies in order to evaluate the possibility of setting up an Italian National Pavilion.

Created by the China Western Development Program and now in its 19th edition, WCIF has been held since 2000 in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. The 2023 edition is organized by China’s National Development and Reform Commission, the Chinese Ministry of Commerce, the Chinese Ministry of Science and Technology, China’s State Administration for Market Regulation, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, the People’s Government of Sichuan Province.

The Italian National Pavilion will be located in the main exhibition hall of the Belt and Road International Cooperation Pavilion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
• In order to promote Made in Italy with excellent quality, the exhibition spaces of the Italian Pavilion will be assigned exclusively to companies that produce, import or distribute Italian products and/or their local partners.
• The list of the displayed products at the exhibition should be reviewed by the China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing for final approval.

PRICE
• The booths will be given to exhibitors with the optimal price based on the exact squares of the national pavilion
