LAST CALL | Send Candidacy for Elections CICC Energy Working Group

Dear Members and Friends,

We are officially calling for candidates for the elections of the Coordinator and Vice-Coordinator(s) of the Energy and Environment Protection Working Group (EEPWG).

The Working Group elections will be held on October 16th, 2023.

CANDIDACY PROCESS

We invite interested candidates to present their candidacy by filling in the form (available by scanning the QR Code below) and sending it to elezioni2023@cameraitacina.com together with a scan of the residence permit and a short biography by September 28th at 18:00 (CST).

According to the Working Groups’ General Rules, the elected Coordinator and Vice-Coordinators will stay in charge for two years. During the period of their mandate, they need to be regularly subscribed as CICC Members.

VOTING PROCESS

Upon candidates’ announcement, each member of the working group can vote for max n.1 candidate for Coordinator and Vice-Coordinator by sending an email to elezioni2023@cameraitacina.com within 24 hours before the election date (proxies are not accepted).

ATTEND THE ELECTION

On October 16th, the winning candidates will be announced during a meeting of the working group. To confirm your attendance at the online meeting, please write an email to: viggiani@cameraitacina.com

CICC Working Groups

The Working Groups bring together representatives of companies operating in the same sector or located in the same geographical area. The aim is to share information, resources and ideas, organize relevant activities for the companies, and build sectorial expertise within the CICC in order to attract interest both in China and in Italy to benefit companies not present on Chinese territory yet. 

Energy and Environment protection Working Group (EEPWG)

EEPWG welcomes all Italian companies, entities and individuals operating within the energy and environmental protection industrial sectors along the relative value chains (upstream, downstream, fossil energy, renewable energy, distribution, consume, emission/water/waste/soil treatment, energy saving, etc.). 

EEPWG is an initiative supported by the Embassy of Italy to the PRC and China-Italy Chamber of Commerce. EEPWG aims at representing the active coordination structure of the “Pacchetto Energia/Ambiente” developed by the Embassy of Italy in 2014 and subject to many inter-governmental agreements.
