China-Italy Chamber of Commerce is glad to inform you that the Webinar on Recruitment Process, Q&A on Force Majeure, Labor Contract and Employment Law was successfully held on 24th March 2020.
The webinar aimed at sharing practical updates on the recruitment process and legal aspects of force majeure, labor contract and employment law from company’s perspectives during the emergency and recovering situation.
The meeting was moderated by Romina Di Martino, CICC Guangzhou Office Manager, who welcome the participants and introduced the topic and the speakers.
The first speech was focused on “Advices for recruitment process improvement on epidemic time”, performed Vincent Yang, Consulting Manager at Gi Group China, who provided insights about best practices and most efficient strategy for recruitment and selection of candidates, during this recovering situation.
The second speech was illustrated by Mr. Pierre Restori, Project Manager at Barbatelli & Partner Shanghai, who focused on the legal aspects of the “HR Compliance & Employment Management during the COVID-19”, from company’s perspectives.
The webinar was followed by a rich Q&A session during which participants had the opportunity to ask several practical questions to the speakers.
