POST EVENT - Seminar: "Termination of Managerial Personnel: How to Handle it When Things Come to an End" - Oct 29, Shanghai

The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with SwissCham  is glad to inform you that the Seminar: "Termination of Managerial Personnel: How to Handle it When Things Come to an End"  was successfully held on October 29th in Shanghai.

This seminar has been designed by Eiger with the participation of experts in the field such as: Mr. Xu Tian, Partner at Eiger and expert of foreign direct investments, corporate and M&A, employment and tax, and Mr. Felix Engelhardt, Associate at Eiger, who advises international clients on a wide array of corporate and foreign investment matters as well as in the field of legal issues.

The seminar had the aim to provide participants with a valuable tool kit for different termination scenarios, specifically focusing on the termination of employment of managerial personnel giving to the participants first-hand experience from numerous cases in this field.

The event followed up with a Q&A session, a great chance for the attendees to learn even more from speakers and to ask their thoughts on topic they are interested in.
