The China-Italy Chamber of Commerce , the  French Chamber of Commerce in China and SwissCham Beijing invite you to a breakfast seminar on “Taxation of Non-tax Resident Enterprises in China”.
The Chinese tax authorities are paying more attention to the taxation of non-tax resident enterprises than ever before.
In 2009 alone, ten circulars have been issued just on this topic, which include among other things heavy administrative requirements for the tax payer if he wants to reduce his tax burden based on tax treaties.
The presentation will provide an overview of what you need to take care of in order to avoid unpleasant surprises when trying to pay funds pack to your home country.
Lea Gebhardt, Tax Manager at the European Tax Desk of PricewaterhouseCoopers Beijing will give a presentation on the latest developments regarding taxation of non-tax resident enterprises in China.
A breakfast will be served during the presentation.

Lea Gebhardt, PricewaterhouseCoopers Beijing
Lea Gebhardt is a Tax Manager of the European Tax Desk of PwC China, based in Beijing. She is actively involved in tax and business advisory for multinational companies as well as SMEs, e.g. establishment of companies, corporate restructuring and international tax planning with respect to Asian and European tax and legal systems. Before joining PwC Beijing office, Lea was a Manager in the Corporate Tax practice in Düsseldorf, Germany.She has 5-year professional experience on serving and advising European, Chinese and Japanese clients in German corporate tax compliance, cross-border restructuring as well as in German VAT and TP matters.She is a regular speaker on China related tax issues in Germany and has published numerous professional articles.
