        China-Italy Chamber of Commerce and March 3 Motorsport Centre are glad to invite you, your families and friends to spend an exciting day on track at the "CICC Goes Kart Day! - Third Pirelli Kart Cup".  This event, already at its 3rd edition has become a fixed appointment for CICC members and friends! Sponsored by Pirelli Tyre Co., Ltd, it will be held at the prestigious Kart World racing centre right by the Shanghai International Circuit, with the aim of involving your colleagues and family for a fun and action filled day.  Let`s all leave the office routine and stress behind, let`s get out of town, let the speed driver who is in each one of us surface to life for a fun ride*! Schedule:   07:45             Optional transfer from Shanghai International Exhibition Center (opposite entrance of Ritz Carlton Portman) 9:00    Arrival at SIC Kart World 9:00-9:30      Registration to Front Desk, introduction of event schedule and driving etiquette 9:30-12:30 Free practice (participants arranged in groups)   Qualifying   Final race (top 20 drivers, divided in 2 groups) 12:45 Awards ceremony 13:00 Lunch 13:30 Return to Shanghai by arranged bus, or otherwise self arranged And if you are not an experienced driver, don`t worry! March 3 Professional Drivers will provide help and instructions*. The activity is also open to children not inferior to 8 years of age, under the supervision of their parents*. A separate racing circuit will be arranged for children competitions. Pirelli Tyre will offer to the top 3 adult drivers, and to the top 3 junior drivers, exclusive and original prizes, to the delight and self-contempt of the winners! Winners will be awarded prizes provided by Pirelli Tyre Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Iceason Food Co., Ltd. NOTE: • Assistance on track will be provided by March 3 Trainers and Professional Drivers. • Racing availability is limited (maximum 50 racers). • Participation must be mandatorily confirmed by September 15th, 2010, 12.00pm; for late confirmations, no bus service can be guaranteed. • Payment to be settled in cash with CICC Shanghai office or bank t/t before September 15th, 2010.  * upon Front Desk Registration, the drivers shall have to fill in a disclaimer from any damages incurring during the race: March 3 provides a general accident insurance to its clients. For damages inflicted to the cars during the race by the drivers` carelessness, March 3 requires damages to be paid by the driver himself, based on actual evaluation. * Disclaimer: CICC shall not be deemed responsible in case of any accidents/damages happening to or incurring to or caused by the drivers.
