Job Title: Marketing Coordinator
Report to: Deputy GM
Location: Shanghai
Job Responsibilities:

Conduct research to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape, and prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data;

Plan and manage meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules
and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists;

Able to manage and post contents on WeChat, Weibo, Instagram, LinkedIn, platforms;
- Support the execution of offline and online marketing events across our global offices;

Assist in the creation of marketing and communication materials in different formats, depending on needs (PPT, video, text, etc.);

Create branded advertising campaigns, and support the marketing and design teams by coordinating and collecting contents;

Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.

Create, maintain, and strengthen the organization’s overall brand through all media avenues.
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives by results tracking and analysis through monthly performance reports, and optimizing accordingly;

Other job responsibilities assigned from supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communication, International Business or a related field is preferred;

At least one year working experience in marketing, communication, PR or event management;
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing and social media marketing;
- Proficient/Fluent in Chinese, English and, possibly, Italian;

Strong communication skills to successfully liaise with customers, suppliers, and colleagues;

Highly organized and detail oriented.
