工作内容Job Descriptions:

  1. Comply with budget assigned to department by GM

执行总经理给予部门的预算

  1. Attend meetings related to assigned projects and report to GM

参加相关的项目会议并汇报给总经理

  1. Identify potential business opportunities with existing and potential customers

从现有的和潜在的客户中分辨潜在的业务机会

  1. Keep good working relationships with internal and external customers. Internal: Other functional departments, like Finance, Legal, CS, OP, etc.; overseas branches and agents. External: Existing and potential clients, ocean and air carriers, trucking and customs brokers, warehouse vendors

与内部和外部客户保持良好的合作关系。内部:其它部门,如财务、法务、客服、操作等;海外分部和代理。外部:现有和潜在客户,海运和空运公司,汽运和报关行,仓库供应商。

  1. Propose to improve working flow and refine cooperation with clients per collected data

根据收集的数据,提出方案优化工作流程和完善与客户合作关系

  1. Promoting company new business activity and tools in order to improve possibilities of business

推广公司新业务活动和工具,以提升业务

  1. Help coordinate communications within departments and among Branches, in order to improve the current work efficiency

协助公司内部各部门间的沟通、协调,以提升工作效率。

  1. Support other departments and provide training if needed

支持其它部门工作并提供相应的培训

  1. Responsible for motivating team members to work towards a common objective.

负责激励团队员工为共同目标努力

  1. Member management and responsible for team member’s job assignment

管理团队员工并布置团队任务

  1. Other jobs assigned by GM

Job requirement:
1. Experience with Microsoft office.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and communication to be able to work effectively with all members.
3. Bachelor's degree or above

4. Fluent both in oral and writing in English, Italian and Chinese
5. Preferred Italian candidates who is now working in China (Shanghai).

6. Logistics experience/background is a plus.
