随着全世界范围内疫苗工作的的推进，全球疫情仍在影响着世界绝大多数地区，物流供应链的破坏持续存在，进入2021年，运输环境面临不可预测的风险。而这些不确定性可能至少会持续到2021年。
在此次网络研讨会期间，来自中国的意大利企业与中国企业的重要代表将会就航运业的主要趋势展开讨论。

中国意大利商会将于2021年3月31日上午9：15至12：00举办研讨会，重点讨论：外籍雇员免税补贴政策取消及中国个人所得税及出入境方面相关政策的更新。
目前，根据国税发[1997]54号国家税务总局关于外籍个人取得有关补贴征免个人所得税执行问题的通知，对外籍个人合理取得的住房补贴、子女学费和语言培训方面的非应税BIK政策尚未在2021年底是否终止尚未做出最终结论。许多拥有外籍员工/本地雇员的公司正在密切关注潜在的立法变化，并评估对雇主和雇员的成本影响。
在此背景下，我们将分享立法背景、中国个人所得税改革趋势、取消外国人非应税BIK对雇主和雇员的影响，以及我们对中国意大利商会会员的建议。
