Work with the Branch Manager to handle all aspects of sales functions and fine tune sales process. Develop and promote product sales in the wholesale channel. Follow up its own and sales team members’orders, independently liaise and maintain regular relationships with customers. Collect Account Receivables

1．餐厅营运体系规划与业绩目标制订；

2．建立科学系统的餐厅营运管理制度，以建立可复制的运营管控体系；

3．餐厅团队建设与人才培养；

4．建立科学有效的培训体系，为落实各项规范的执行打下坚实基础；

5．依照各项规范，统筹安排各项工作的执行，确保实施效果；

6．负责餐厅运营业绩分析，协调各相关部门制订并落实改进措施；

7．参与各相关部门的工作与决策，敦促各部门的支持工作；

8．及时了解行业信息、内外最佳实践经验；

Obiettivi del lavoro:

工作职责

1、配合公司战略及制度的执行,负责开业前、中、后的整体管理与运营工作，协调中心各部门之间的关系，最大化完善工作流程并逐渐实施；

2、负责中心年度计划及预算编制并指导实施，落实完成年度经营目标，并定期呈报董事会；

3、制定并完善商业运营组织架构，制定、完善、规范业务流程，并主导实施业务链各岗位作业流程；

4、做好企业客户关系维护，建立客户档案，并根据实际情况组织、协调、整合部门内外的资源，更好的服务于品牌客户，争取最佳的客户满意度。

5、重点监督餐厅经营管理，跟进个人客户的满意度反馈，从各个方面提升中心品牌知名度。

6、组织并领导中心内部以及承接的商业推广活动的执行。
